In this classic movie from 1987, Matt Dillon plays an innocent shooter from Chicago town who realizes he has a talent for shooting dice and decides to travel to where the action is; Vegas. This is a sequel to the infamous Ocean's Eleven and Ocean's Twelve in which a team of corrupt gamblers try to outsmart the casinos and make them bankrupt.
